Molly has been working behind the chair since 1997. Her love for doing hair started when she was just a kid doing make-overs in her parents garage. To this day she still loves a good before and after. In the 24 years of being a stylist, Molly’s goal has always been the same…helping people look and feel their best!

Melanie Mello
Melanie has been a stylist for over 25 years. Former salon owner in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Trained in Vidal Sassoon, Redken, Aveda, and Toni &Guy. The best part of her job is connecting with clients and seeing happy faces and great hair. Melanie is also an educator for a global color company and continues to share knowledge with other stylists. When she is not in the salon she enjoys gardening and traveling.
Meghan Mello
Meghan is originally from New Bedford, MA and graduated with a business degree at the University of Massachusetts. She worked in the hotel business for a few years sharpening her customer service skills. Hair has always been her passion. She has worked in top hair salons in Seattle and Pittsburg. She has been exclusively working with the Aveda line since 2018. Meghan was trained in Curly Dry Cutting in 2021 and loves creating the perfect shape for curly clients. She also loves pixie cuts, creating dimensional color, bold statement hair and transitional or gender affirming cuts! When she is not doing hair, you can find her reading mystery books, listening to podcasts and dancing around with her daughter.
